Returns.
Keep it simple.
Ever tried to return something and the process was so confusing that you just gave up? Us too, and we don’t want to do that to you. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we want to make it right, quickly and easily.
We think our rules are fair, and the process is simple.
What are the rules?
You can return unopened bottles within 30 days.
If for whatever reason you decide not to try Powerful after ordering, we will take it back as long as it’s unopened within 30 days. We think that’s fair to both of us. You can have your money back, and we don’t have to worry about you waiting a long time, leaving us with shorter expiration dates.
You can’t return if you have ordered previously.
You’ve ordered before so you know what you’re getting. We don’t think it’s fair for us to pay more shipping and stocking fees because for some reason you changed your mind the second time around.
You can’t return if you have a subscription.
We are already discounting the price of Powerful significantly for your subscription, and we make it easy to discontinue. We think it’s fair if we ship to you on time, and you let us know you want to stop on time.
There are always exceptions to the rules.
It’s not always as simple as the rules that cover the basics, and we’re open to hearing your exception case. That doesn’t mean we will always say yes, but we know that in the real world we need to be open to other return cases that are fair for us both.
What’s the process?

Just send us an email at help@advancedbiology.com and give us the order number. Let us know you want to do a return.
We give you a return sticker and you mail it back.
We wish for both of us we didn’t have to do this part, but you would be surprised what people try to do. We’ve had bottles with the pills replaced with some other pills and resealed, used pills we were told hadn’t been open, old bottles, on and on. We will email you a return label to print out and tape onto a box for the return. You simply drop it in the mail and we will be able to track it on it’s way to us which usually takes 3-5 days.
We give you your money back.
When we receive your package we will give it a quick look over. If it’s what we expected, we refund your money on the credit card you used for purchase, and email you saying it’s all done. Note that credit card refunds can sometimes take 7-10 days to show up on your statement, that’s up to the credit card company, not us.
We will stop your subscription the minute you ask.
Just send us an email at help@advancedbiology.com letting us know you want to cancel and we will stop your subscription that day. As long as it’s 48 hours before your next shipment is scheduled, you won’t be charged and we won’t send your bottles. No more charges, no rules on needing to cancel a month before or any of that stuff.

We do understand that there are cases where the processing rules may not apply. Just send us an email at help@advancedbiology.com to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
There is no overnight pill.
Before you ask for a return, we want to encourage you to stick with it. Many supplements promise results in a day or a week, which is ridiculous. To enjoy the proven benefits of Powerful, you have to be consistent for 8-12 weeks, and it’s worth it.
