Mental health tips for the weekend.

Happy Friday powerful people! As the weekend nears, we wanted to remind you of a few mental health basics:

  • If the weekend is your time away from work, make it time away from work.

  • Don’t think about work, no matter how tempting the excitement or fear may be.

  • Do something different, volunteer, take a climbing lesson, or just try a new coffee shop.

  • Call and catch up with someone you haven’t spoken to in a while.

  • Sleep in.

  • Hide from your responsibilities, don’t make it chore time.

  • Wear your sunscreen.

And most of all, have fun!
