Coronavirus isolation, the holidays and Seasonal Affective Disorder are a perfect storm of depression for many people. A few simple tips, as tough as they may sound to carry through on:
- Focus on the positive. We have to be grateful for the many things we are so fortunate to have – there are people that always have far bigger challenges.
- Take vitamin D.
- Zoom therapy can work wonders.
- Treat yourself to something.
- If you are able, jump in the car and drive to a sunnier place and take in some natural light therapy.
