How to beat depression during the holiday isolation.

Coronavirus isolation, the holidays and Seasonal Affective Disorder are a perfect storm of depression for many people. A few simple tips, as tough as they may sound to carry through on:

  • Focus on the positive. We have to be grateful for the many things we are so fortunate to have – there are people that always have far bigger challenges.

  • Take vitamin D.

  • Zoom therapy can work wonders.

  • Treat yourself to something.

  • If you are able, jump in the car and drive to a sunnier place and take in some natural light therapy.

Hang in there. Hard times never last forever. You’re beautiful, awesome, and you are loved.
