Focus on the positive. We have to be grateful for the many things we are so fortunate to have – there are people that always have far bigger challenges.
Take vitamin D.
Zoom therapy can work wonders.
Treat yourself to something.
If you are able, jump in the car and drive to a sunnier place and take in some natural light therapy.
Hang in there. Hard times never last forever. You’re beautiful, awesome, and you are loved.
